On the 3rd Sunday of every month, Ruth will be joined by guest healers from around the globe to talk about the vastness of the energy world and share insights from their specific healing modality.

Sarah is a certified professional coach, credentialed with the International Coaching federation and has been working in this field for over a decade. She is a keen meditator, trained in mindfulness based stress reduction, shamatha buddhist meditation, yoga and is a master teacher in Reiki.
